Third Wedding Anniversary Gift Ideas - Leather

My husband's and my third wedding anniversary is coming up at the end of May and I got to thinking about gifts. The traditional wedding anniversary gift for three years is leather, the modern gift is crystal/glass and the flower is sunflowers. I like to try to get or make a gift that relates to the traditional wedding anniversary gift so I began to brain storm ideas. It didn't take me long to come up with an idea but I decided to keep going and ended up turning it into a blog. I know you don't have to base your gifts around the traditional/modern gift recommendations so I included a couple other gift ideas in the last paragraph. Maybe giving gifts isn't your thing and thats okay to but my husband and I like to at least attempt relating one gift to the traditional wedding anniversary gift. We haven't been married to long but so far we have kept it simple by going on a date and exchanging gifts at some point. Hopefully this list helps you come up with something great for your third wedding anniversary! 

There are tons of items out there made out of leather, it all just depends on what you want to get. If you don't like any of the leather gift ideas then try using the modern gift idea - crystal/glass or sunflowers whether it's a picture of sunflowers, and item with them on it or the actual flower. You can also get creative and do a play on words kind of like I did for our second anniversary (*see below) or come up with something that has to do with the number three such as three DVD's, three new shirts, three planned date nights or a three day vacation.
